Update your Address
Thanks for keeping your home address updated.
This is important, as UAMS occasionally sends information to your home. For example, W-2s may be mailed to home addresses. Important benefits enrollment material may go to your home so that your family may read it.
How to update your address
First log into Employee Self Service (ESS). Domain login ID and password required.
Select Personal Information, then Personal Profile.
Under Address click the pencil on the far right to edit.
You can review and edit your permanent residence (home mailings) or emergency contact.
If you make a change, be sure to click Save to complete the process.
You should see a message that says data saved succesfully.
You also may need to provide your address to your benefit carriers.
No action needed to update your address with these carriers, as they accept our electronic file and should update your information within a month:
UMR (medical insurance and flexible spending accounts)
Delta Dental (dental insurance)
TIAA-CREF (UA retirement plan)
Fidelity retirement (UA retirement plan)
But if you have these benefits, you will need to contact the carrier to update your address:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your old and new address, plus your ID # from your card (do not list your SSN).
