Course and Training Information
The Office of Human Resource’s Talent Management & Organizational Development (TMOD) section and the Clinical Programs Education Department are teaming up to offer comprehensive employee development opportunities in 2013. These departments are dedicated to providing all UAMS employees professional development opportunities to acquire the skills, abilities, and competencies to enhance professional practice throughout our institution. Professional development enables all of us to perform more effectively in our current and future positions, increases employee engagement, and allows UAMS to achieve its goal of creating comfort, hope, and healing with our patients, families, and each other. In 2013 we are offering a variety of professional development courses including Conflict Management, Communication in the Workplace, Introduction to Project Management, Crucial Conversations, Leading Change, Team Building, Professional Presentations and many more.
