Sr. Director of Talent Management
Scott Loveday is the Sr. Director of Talent Management and is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting program development, and strategic alignment. Scott has overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition and oversees the development of progressive recruitment and employment branding strategies that deliver talent to achieve key business outcomes, assessing and analyzing external labor market trends and conditions to meet future hiring needs, onboarding, strategic planning, policy development, training leaders on recruitment strategies in support of UAMS’ diversity and inclusion strategy, and workforce planning. Scott applies his efforts with a collaborative approach and maintains a high standard for customer service. He obtained his master’s degree in health services administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Scott served in the U.S. Army Reserve for twenty-two years and is a retired U.S. Army Officer. Prior to UAMS, he worked for one of the world’s largest staffing firms and a large specialty medical practice in central Arkansas. His experience, skills, and background make him effective at transformational leadership and a catalyst for change processes.
