Update your Address

Thanks for keeping your home address updated.

This is important, as UAMS occasionally sends information to your home. For example, W-2s may be mailed to home addresses. Important benefits enrollment material may go to your home so that your family may read it.

How to update your address

First log into Employee Self Service (ESS).  Domain login ID and password required.
Select Personal Information, then Personal Profile.
Under Addresses,  Physical address must be your residential address, no P.O. box.
Click the pencil on the far right to edit.
Or click the Add icon to add a separate Mailing address with your P.O. box.
You can also update your emergency contact here.
If you make a change, be sure to click Save to complete the process.
You should see a message that says data saved succesfully.  You will also receive an email confirmation from WF-BATCH “Change notification from SAP system.”

You also may need to provide your address to your benefit carriers.

No action needed to update your address with these carriers, as they accept our electronic file and should update your information within a month:

UMR (medical insurance and flexible spending accounts)
Arkansas Blue Cross/Blue Shield (dental insurance)
TIAA 
(UA retirement plan)
Fidelity
(UA retirement plan)

But if you have these benefits, you will need to contact the carrier to update your address:

Superior Vision
Send an email to uofa@superiorvision.com. Provide your old and new address, plus your ID # from your card (do not list your SSN).

Home/Auto: Call Liberty Mutual at 1-800-524-9400

Critical Illness: Call MetLife at 1-800-438-6388

APERS (state retirement plan):   Call APERS at 501-682-7800

Name change
