A Message From the Senior Director
This is such an exciting time to be a UAMS team member. In 2019, we implemented a $14 dollar per hour living wage which says a lot about the University and their commitment to every employee’s well-being. We are not stopping there. We have several compensation initiatives embedded into the Vision 2029 plan that will further validate that commitment. As a University System, we are a part of the Workday implementation that will allow us to leverage technology to streamline administrative human resource tasks so managers and employees aren’t overwhelmed by these necessary tasks. This application will also allow us to be proactive in reporting and enabling our leaders with relevant reporting that could potentially impact business decisions. Head over to the their websites to learn more about their teams. Thanks for allowing us to serve you!
