Employees will receive a unique link from Press Ganey via email. This link is tied to your individual response. You can complete the survey on any mobile device, but you will need to access the URL from the email sent to you. Please do not forward your individual link to anyone else.

6. How will the data from the survey be used?

7. Is the survey confidential?
Yes, Press Ganey handles all raw data and ensures confidentiality. UAMS only receives aggregated data and participation rates to monitor the completion of the survey. Any comments you provide will be shared anonymously with a few key executives in the organization to foster honest feedback without identification.
8. When will we be trained to use the Press Ganey portal?
We are in the process of developing training sessions for managers to access the Press Ganey portal and review results. The timeline for training will be shared soon, with access expected to begin in mid-November.
9. Will I get data specific to my team?
Managers will receive data specific to their team if four or more employees from the team complete the survey. If fewer than four employees participate, the data will roll up to the next level in the organizational hierarchy.
10. What happens after the survey is completed?
Once the survey period is over, managers will have access to their team’s results via the Press Ganey portal in mid-November. The overall organizational results will be shared at the December town hall, and work teams will begin creating action plans for areas identified as opportunities for improvement.
11. When will the survey be administered, and what is the timeline?

- Last Day to Complete Survey: October 28, 2024
- High-Level Results Released: November 4, 2024
- Engagement Portal Review for Managers: On or after November 6, 2024

12. What if someone else uses my survey link?
Do not forward your survey link to anyone else. If another person uses your unique link, they will be taking the survey on your behalf. Please use the email link directly and do not share it with others. If you do not receive the email or recieve an error from the link, you can contact the Press Ganey support team at hdesk@pressganey.com for assistance.
13. What should I do if my password doesn’t work?
In rare cases (less than 10 individuals), some employees may end up with the same password. If this happens to you, someone from the Organizational Development team will reach out with your correct password.
14. How do we move forward after receiving the results?
Once the data is available, managers will collaborate with their teams to review the results and begin the action planning process. This involves identifying strengths, celebrating wins, and pinpointing opportunities for improvement. Teams will work together to develop actionable steps that align with UAMS’s Vision 2029 initiative to increase employee engagement and improve organizational culture.

18. Will my manager be able to see my individual responses?
No, individual responses are not shared with managers. Data is aggregated at the team level, and responses remain confidential. Managers will only see summarized data, ensuring that your personal feedback remains anonymous.
19. How often will the survey be conducted?
The Employee Engagement Survey is conducted annually. However, follow-up actions based on survey results will occur throughout the year to ensure continuous improvements are made in response to your feedback.
