- Review your job role. Print or save a copy for your records.
- Discuss your job-specific expectations and responsibilities with your hiring manager.
- Gain access to and log in to any additional platforms needed for your role. Complete the setup of your computer, email, and any necessary software applications, if applicable.
- Employees may need to contact the Help Desk directly (at 501-686-8555 or via IT Service Now) to install computer applications, create a Box account, set up Remote Access, etc. This can be done before or after Orientation Day. http://itss.uams.edu/
- Review the Employee Handbook and begin working on your assigned UAMS Foundations OnDemand onboarding courses in Workday (Due 30 days from your date of hire). Access the following courses from your Workday Dashboard under Required Learning.
