30 Days into Onboarding

  1. Gradually integrate into team projects and collaborate with colleagues.
  2. Attend any job-specific training sessions or workshops.
  3. Actively participate in team and department meetings.
  4. Regularly meet with your manager for feedback and performance evaluations.
  5. Explore internal resources, such as the intranet, knowledge bases, or training materials.
  6. Discover the department’s role in Vision 2029.
