Onboarding at UAMS is more than just your first 90 days; it’s an ongoing journey of integration into our organization. This process includes acclimating to your role, learning the company’s values and culture, and building relationships with colleagues, supported by training, mentorship, and continuous assistance.
Please note: your department may provide a more specific checklist tailored to your role.

  • 60 Days into Onboarding
    • Schedule a 90-day evaluation with your hiring manager.
      Ensure completion of required courses for the position.
  • 90 Days into Onboarding
    • Perform the 90-day evaluation.
    • Review progress and set further development goals.
    • Understand the expectations and commitments of your team.
  • Ongoing
    • Continuous Learning: Regularly seek opportunities for professional development.
    • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with company news, updates, and changes.
    • Build Relationships: Continuously build and maintain professional relationships within the organization.
    • Feedback Loop: Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with your manager and team
