Change Management

The Organizational Development department is committed to sharpening UAMS managers’ ability to lead and manage change. We aim to increase the institution’s change agility by providing learning experiences and coaching sessions. Our offerings increase managers’ capacity to guide their teams through change, involve team members in appropriate steps in the change process, and communicate ways employees can best embrace the changes they are experiencing.

Employing Change Management Practices Helps to:

Increase the probability of project success; Enhance your employee’s speed of adoption and ultimate utilization to ensure faster return on investment; Create buy-in at all levels of the organization; Manage resistance throughout the entire project

Prosci Change Management Courses

The Prosci CM Practitioner Course is offered once a quarter and the Prosci CM Manager course is offered upon request.
