Reporting Intermittent FMLA time-off requirements:

  • First, contact your supervisor (or designee) each day to report the absence (full day or hours) missed from your scheduled shift, along with meeting the established departmental call-in requirement.
  • Second, contact AbsenceResources each day to report the absence (full day or hours) missed from your scheduled shift. UAMS policy requires a worker to report their time to AbsenceResources within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
