Employment Verification Letters are now sent via email only. Original paper copies can be requested at the bottom of the form. Please fill out this form to request an Employment Verification Letter (EVL). EVLs are a service provided to active UAMS employees who are non-US Citizens and non-Permanent Residents.

All EVLs will be sent via email as an electronic copy.
