The Workforce Position Review Request (WPRR) process will complement our existing People Management Review Request (PMRR) (formerly known as Position Management Review Request), providing managers and department leadership with the tools they need to efficiently allocate resources and effectively staff positions throughout the organization.
Productivity management is a high priority for UAMS. By managing the productivity of our cost centers, we can provide better care for our patients, enhance stability for our employees, and maintain more effective alignment of clinical and non-clinical staff.
