Orientation Day Checklist

If you have not completed these items before your Orientation, please do so on Orientation Day after the presentation.

  1. Log in to the UAMS System using your temporary login information. Please note that the temporary login will remain active until 12:01 am on your hire date.
  2. Have a notebook and pen for taking notes, water, and any snacks you might need before lunch handy with you. You may also want to bring a sweater or jacket on Orientation Day.
  3. Look for a designated Talent Acquisition Member on Orientation Day. Check the schedule to ensure you are going to the correct location: Orientation Schedule.
  4. Silence your mobile device ringer during presentations. (We will use QR codes, so keep your phone handy)
  5. Speak respectfully to coworkers and actively engage in all scheduled activities and sessions.
