Additional DISC Information

The DISC assessment is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. It has been used successfully to help people learn to work more effectively with others. Through personal insights into their own behavioral strengths and challenges, participants learn to better relate to others. Reported benefits of DISC: 

  • Creates a common language to help teams understand one another and work better together
  • Acts as a springboard for conversation and team building
  • Improves employee and workplace communication
