A Message From the Senior Director
The Employee Relations team is comprised of skilled HR professionals with a common goal of working to ensure a Fair and Just work environment at UAMS. This team works to bridge gaps between supervisors and employees by taking a deeper dive into providing guidance and researching campus incidents. We strive to ensure Employee Rights and Management Needs are met, in the fairest manner, along with ensuring compliance with Federal and State Employment Laws, Title VII and Title IX.
We work strategically to improve processes, provide proactive tools, and resources for leaders along with continually focusing on HR initiatives that are aligned with Vision 2029 – Becoming Employer of Choice.
