This team also ensures compliance with the Federal and State Employment Laws, Title VII and IX. This is a Balancing Act and I am proud to say that we do a very good job to ensure fairness in our processes.
Employee Relations has several initiatives that are aligned with Vision 2029 – Becoming Employer of Choice. One initiative that we are very excited about is “i-safe”. This is an “all inclusive” reporting system for employees to report behavior related incidents. You can find out more about this inclusive system in the complaint reporting area.
Lastly, this team is comprised of skilled professionals with many years of experience in the field.
