What to Expect on Orientation Day
On UAMS’s Orientation Day, new employees can expect a warm welcome and an introduction to the organization’s mission and vision. Keynote speakers, including top UAMS leadership, will share insights into the institution’s strategic direction. Diversity and inclusion, human resources, educational sessions, policy reviews, team-building activities, and performance expectations will be covered throughout the day. New hires will learn about company benefits, wellness programs, and campus-specific information if applicable. The day will conclude with a Q&A session and expressions of gratitude.
