Our coaches have undergone extensive training to ensure they are well equipped to support your development. While our coaches are not ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified, they were trained by ICF-certified professionals, receiving high-quality instruction and mentorship. Over the course of several months, our coaches completed a rigorous training program that provided them with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to guide you effectively on your leadership journey.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching is designed for managers and leaders who are focused on developing specific leadership skills and improving their performance within their current roles. This program is ideal for those looking to enhance their ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and navigate organizational challenges.
Target Audience:
Managers and emerging leaders who are looking to enhance their leadership capabilities and performance within their existing roles.
- Goal-Focused: Concentrates on achieving specific leadership goals that are aligned with the organization’s objectives, such as improving team dynamics, enhancing communication, or increasing productivity.
- Growth-Oriented: Supports leaders in growing within their current roles and preparing for future leadership opportunities.
What to Expect
- Coaching Sessions: We will meet for 8 one-hour sessions over the course of 4-6 months. These sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique goals.
- Homework: You may be given reflective exercises to complete between sessions to enhance our discussions.
- Confidentiality: All conversations are confidential, creating a safe space for you to explore and grow.
- Commitment: Your active participation and commitment to the process are key to your success.
Coaching Process
Our coaching process is designed to guide you through meaningful change:
- Discovery (Sessions 1-2):
- Establish your coaching agreement.
- Explore your values, vision, and set goals.
- Change (Sessions 3-7):
- Work towards your goals with the support of your coach.
- Experiment with new behaviors and practices.
- Transition (Session 8):
- Reflect on your progress.
- Develop a plan to sustain your growth beyond the coaching engagement.
How to Enroll
- Decide which coaching program you would like to enroll in.
- Please review the Coaching Agreement.
- Brainstorm and define specific goals or challenges you’d like to address during your sessions.
- Submit the signed agreement.
