Sr. Director – Employee Relations
Audrey Bradley is the Sr. HR Director of Employee Relations at UAMS, where she leads a team of Employee Relations professionals to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities (ADA) for employees, Grievances, Investigations, and Affirmative Action. Audrey’s team provides training to UAMS supervisory staff to ensure understanding of Employee Relations compliance requirements along with Coaching/Mediating challenging issues. Audrey graduated from University of Arkansas, Little Rock and is originally from Arkansas. Audrey has effectively implemented the random and reasonable suspicion drug testing program to include clear processes aligned with our policy, an all-inclusive reporting system (i-safe) that provides a safe place for employees and students to report incidents. She led the HR team in the implementation and outsourcing of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration to a third party vendor that specializes in leave management which will ensure centralization and compliance with the federal law. Audrey helps UAMS with becoming “Employer of Choice” by ensuring consistency and compliance with federal and state laws, Title VII and IX, along with working to ensure employee rights and management needs are met.
