We have re-designed what was once known as the Employee Service Center that answered employee benefits questions to a more robust solution center. In the new model, the solution center staff are equipped to assist with HR transactional and advisory services for all of the Centers of Excellence within Human Resources.
The solution center also serves as the epicenter of self-service functions to empower employees to have what they need at the time in which they need it.
The hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
