- Gain access and login to any additional platforms needed for your role. Complete the setup of your computer, email, and any necessary software applications, if applicable.
- Employees may need to contact the Help Desk directly (at 501-686-8555 or through IT Service Now) to install computer applications, create a Box account, have Remote Access set up, etc. This can be done before or after Orientation Day. http://itss.uams.edu/
