Important Announcement from OHR
As part of our continued efforts to improve the employee experience and strengthen alignment with our CARES initiative, Leadership has relaunched the 2025-26 evaluation template.
The deadline for completion remains as December 31, 2026, so please begin the process as early as possible.
If you require further support or would like to retrieve any portion of an evaluation completed before the relaunch, please review our FAQ page or contact your HR Business Partner.
*What’s New*
For this year’s performance evaluation cycle, a new “Organization” section has been added to the evaluation process in order to assess how employees demonstrate behaviors that support and align with the organization’s core values. The Organization section is weighted at 25% of the overall evaluation, leaving the remaining Performance section weighted at 75%. Please see the new Organization question below:
“To what extent does the employee exemplify UAMS CARES values —Compassion, Attention, Respect, Empathy, and Service — in their interactions with patients, families, students, and colleagues?”
Upcoming Policy Updates
- If an employee fails to complete the Acknowledgment step of the evaluation, OHR will manually advance the Acknowledgement step after 15 business days in order to successfully complete the business process in Workday.
- Added details to outline the process and expectations for the Initial 90-day Performance Evaluations (required) and the Extended 180-day Evaluations (optional), which is also on the HRBP webpage.
